Chili Hot Dogs

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean hamburber
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1/2 cup water
• Grated cheese
• Chopped green onions
• Sour cream
• *hotdogs & buns

Directions

1. Brown the hamburger, make sure there is not pink. Drain fat if any andadd remaining ingredients to beef and simmer until heated through.
2. Cook hot dogs over grill.
3. Serve over hot dogs.
4. Serving size depends on which option you choose.
5. Makes 10+ hot dog servings
6. Chili dogs are tasty with some grated cheese, green onion & sour cream but you can serve them up with whatever extras you like.
