Chocolate Dip Strawberries
This chocolate dip recipe is just the thing to serve with fresh strawberries and everyone will get to dip their own!
Ingredients
Chocolate Dip
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 cups strawberries
- Serves about 3 - 4
Directions
- In a small pot melt together chocolate, light corn syrup, cocoa, cornstarch and milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour into 3 little serving bowls and let people dip their own strawberries.
