Jello Candies
Okay, so jello candies are perhaps the lazy man's treat, but they are fun to make once in a while.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 (6 ounce) packages JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
Directions
- In a medium heat proof bowl, pour the 2 packages of Jell-o Gelatine powder.
- Carefully pour in the boiling water, stirring constantly.
- Stir for 3 to 4 min, until the gelatine has completely dissolved.
- Pour the Jell-o liquid into a 13x9-inch pan, and then carefully transfer to the refrigerator.
- Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, until firm.
- Once the Jell-o is firm, remove from the fridge.
- Dip the bottom of the pan in hot water for 15 seconds to loosen it from the pan.
- Using a decorative cookie cutter shape, cut the Jell-o into 24-30 decorative shapes. Be careful to cut all the way through the Jell-o to the bottom of the pan.
- Gently lift jello candies out of the pan and set aside on a serving plate or into a container.
- Store Jell-o candies in the refrigerator in a container with a tight fitting lid.
