Strawberries and Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 Tablespoons sugar
• 3-4 cups strawberries, sliced

Directions

1. Have ready 4-6 serving cups.
2. Place a metal mixing bowl into the fridge for 15-20 minutes to make very cold.
3. Place the sugar into the mixing bowl and add the whipping cream.
4. Whisk until the cream forms stiff peaks.
5. Spoon into serving cups with sliced strawberries.
