Toast and Cream Cheese Appetizers

Ingredients

• 1 loaf bread (the nicest flavor will come from a healthy grain type of bread)
• 1 (250gram) cream cheese spread, at room temperature for spreading
• 1 bunch spring onions
• 1 small jar pimentos
• Tools: Tree and Star cookie cutters

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F
2. Using your cookie cutters, cut the shapes from the bread and lay them out on a cookie sheet.
3. Put them in the oven and let them toast lightly. Remove and let cool.
4. Spread the cream cheese onto the pieces.
5. Cut the onions into suitable lengths for the cutters you have selected.
6. Form the ‘Green Tree’
7. Cut the pimentos to for the red ‘decorations’ and place them onto the trees. Thats it, ready to serve.
