Lemon Jelly Cake
A yummy recipe for lemon jelly cake. This sweet and sour dessert is great served with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 package lemon gelatin
Directions
- Prepare gelatin as to package directions.
- Arrange sliced lemons into a 3-4 cup capacity mold.
- Pour jello gently over the lemons, tap to make sure no air bubbles are trapped under the lemons.
- Refrigerate until set. Just before serving, unmold onto a serving plate, by dipping mold into hot water for 1-2 minutes to loosen.
