Breaded Pan Fried Halibut
A crunchy breaded halibut recipe that is easy to prepare and is so delicious.

Ingredients
- Serves 4
- 4 halibut fillets
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 small eggs
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 pieces basil, chopped
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions

- Prepare 3 separate shallow bowls.
- In the first bowl, beat together 2 small eggs with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Mix basil into egg mixture.
- In your second bowl, place 1/4 cup flour.
- In your third bowl, place your panko crumbs.
- Heat large frying pan (so the fish does not crowd) with 1/2 cup oil.
- Dip fish fillet into flour first, then egg mixture and then the panko crumbs.
- Coat each fillet well on both sides and then add to the hot frying pan.
- Fry until both sides are browned.
- Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice before serving.
