Chocolate Dipped Rice Cake Desserts

Ingredients

• 1 package plain rice cakes
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup strawberries, sliced
• 1 orange, sliced
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions

1. In a wide bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave.
2. Dip the rice cakes in the melted chocolate, set aside to cool.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. To serve, place fruit on top of chocolate dipped rice cakes and top with whipped cream.
